I am an enthusiastic, positive and passionate Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. Having participated in sports through my schooling years, my curiosity for Sport Science evolved. After school my interest for enhancing Sport Performance was channeled through undertaking a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Sport Nutrition.
Post degree I interned for a variety of different athletic and fitness venues whilst working with a diverse range of clientele from developing athletes to novice exercisers and the elderly.
I found my calling in the Health and Wellness industry where I have now embraced my passion as a career and continue to maximize people’s quality of life to play a part in making a difference in creating a healthier and happier population.
I have dedicated 10 years of education and experience to health and fitness with 6 years of professional Personal Training & Group Fitness under my belt, recently relocated from Australia to exhibit my passion in Toronto.

I am a results-driven Trainer who wishes to inspire, motivate and educate my clients to achieve their goals. You can expect one on one attention, even in a group setting, killer music and circuits that will leave you a better boxer and drenched in sweat.
